What Historai is

Historai generates personalized history podcast episodes using artificial intelligence, with interactive features like questions, quizzes and deep dives. It is operated by an individual, not a company, and is provided as-is while it grows.

AI-generated content

Every episode is written and narrated by AI. We instruct the models to research and to be rigorous about facts, and episodes cite their sources where available — but AI can be wrong, oversimplify, or present debated history as settled. Treat surprising claims as a starting point for your own reading, not a final authority. Historai is for curiosity and entertainment, not academic citation or professional advice.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and be reachable at the email you signed up with. You're responsible for what you generate; don't use Historai to produce content that's illegal or harassing, don't probe or overload the service, and don't resell access. Accounts that abuse the service or its generation limits can be suspended or removed.

Your content

The topics you request, questions you ask, and episodes generated for you belong to your library. If you publish an episode to the Community or share a link, you're making it visible to others — you can unshare at any time. We may remove shared content that breaks these terms.

Availability & liability

Historai depends on third-party AI providers and a small server; outages, model changes, and imperfect episodes will happen. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, the operator isn't liable for damages arising from its use. Donations, where offered, are voluntary support — not purchases of a service level.
