Why Historai exists
Learn history — and ask.
My dad was a history buff, so I grew up curious — always chasing the story behind the story.
Years later I went looking for a podcast on something specific I wanted to understand, and it just didn’t exist. And even the best history podcasts, I realized, are a one‑way street: the moment a question pops into your head, there’s no one to ask.
I thought it should work the other way around — an episode about whatever you’re curious about, that answers the moment you interrupt. So I built it for myself first, to finally learn the things I kept wondering about. Then it felt only right to open it up — so anyone can learn real history, not just whatever the feed decides to show them.
